Chec cu mere si scortisoara/ Apple cinnamon loaf

IMG_5165 Am vazut checul acesta la cineva pe facebook si mi-a facut mare pofta. Pana acum l-am facut de 2 ori si de fiecare data am facut cate 2 bucati, dar recomand sa faceti unul singur pentru ca, daca sta mai mult de o zi, se umezeste cam tare. Este bun atunci caldut cand il faceti si este foarte aromat! In reteta initiala se pune doar un mar, dar eu am folosit 2 mere mai mici, cand nu se mananca merele, fac acest chec, de ce sa stea acolo singurele pe masa :-).

Ingrediente pentru un chec: (dimensiuni 14cm/24cm)

70 gr zahar brun (1/3 cana) pentru mere

1 lingurita scortisoara pentru mere

2 oua mari

135 gr zahar tos (alb adica 1/3 cana)

115 gr unt la temperatura camerei

1 lingurita esenta de vanilie

125 ml lapte caldut (1/2 cana)

1 si 1/3 lingurita praf de copt

200 gr faina (1 1/2 cana)

2 mere curatate si taiate cubulete

  • Preincalzim cuptorul la 175ºC.
  • Tapetam o tava de chec cu hartie de copt (dimensiuni 14cm/ 24cm).
  • Intr-un castron amestecam zaharul brun cu scortisoara. Curatam merele si le taiem cubulete apoi le amestecam cu zaharul si scortisoara.
  • Se mixeaza untul (la temperatura camerei) impreuna cu zaharul pana devine spumos, aprox. 3 minute.
  • Adaugam ouale, unul cate unul, mixand dupa fiecare pana la incorporare, apoi adaugam esenta de vanilie.
  • Intr-un alt castron amestecam faina cu praful de copt si le adaugam treptat peste mixtura de unt, alternand cu laptele.
  • Turnam jumatate de aluat in tava, punem jumatate din cantitatea de mere peste aluat si impingem usor merele cu mana  in aluat.
  • Turnam si restul de aluat iar deasupra punem restul de mere pe care le impingem si pe acestea usor cu mana sau cu o lingurita.
  • Coacem checul in cuptorul preincalzit la 175ºC  pana trece testul scobitorii, aprox. 40 de minute.

Ingredients
  • For 1 loaf:
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar (not packed)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅔ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup butter, softened (1 stick)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1¾ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 apples, peeled and chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
  3. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl and set aside.
  4. Beat white sugar and butter together in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until incorporated; add vanilla extract.
  5. Combine flour and baking powder together in another bowl; stir into creamed butter mixture. Mix milk into batter until smooth. Pour half the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Next add half the apples and half the brown sugar cinnamon mixture. Lightly pat apple mixture into batter.
  6. Pour the remaining batter over apple layer; top with remaining apples and add more brown sugar/cinnamon mixture. Lightly pat apples into batter; swirl brown sugar mixture through apples using a finger or spoon.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean, 30 to 40 minutes.

    Am facut acest chec si am respecat nr de mere adica 2,a doua oara am pus 8 mere si a iesit pe gustul meu. Foarte buna reteta. Multumesc
