These little spirals are amazing. So delicious! and so easy to make!

  • 1 pack Phillo Puff Pastry (thawed)
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 150 gr feta cheese
  • 1 medium onion
  • fresh dill
  • salt and pepper
  1. Thaw the pastry over night in the fridge or at room temperature couple hours before preparing.
  2. Saute the mushrooms in a bit of oil , add the chopped onion and stir occasionally. When the liquid from the mushroom evaporated, take them off the heat and let them cool down for 10 minutes.
  3. Season with pepper and a pinch of salt then add shredded feta cheese and chopped dill.
  4. Spread the mixture over the pastry, then roll it and cut slices 2 cm thick (about 1 inch).
  5. Place them on a baking sheet in a pan and bake them on thigh (220C or 450F) for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve them warm or cold.
  7. They are super super yummy!
