  • -1 kg chicken breast or combined with boneless chicken legs
  • - 1 red pepper
  • - 10 mushrooms
  • - 10 green olives
  • - 1 full hand of fresh dill
  • - salt and pepper as you like
  • - 1 egg for the top of the loaf
  • - sesame seeds for spreading
  1. Cut the chicken breast together with the chicken legs in cubs and put it in the food processor.
  2. Mince the meat until it becomes like a paste.
  3. Slice the red pepper, the mushrooms, the green olives and the dill and mix well with the meat. Add salt and pepper for your taste
  4. In a loaf pan, spread a little bit of butter and then a little bit of breadcrumbs and then put the meat mix in it.
  5. Spread the beaten egg on the top and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  6. Cook in the preheated oven at 170ÂșC
  7. Enjoy!
