Pui la cuptor cu sos de iaurt/Roasted chicken with yogurt souce

This is a wonderful meal, healthy, easy and refreshing! I always do it when I am on a diet or just want something light!
Serves: 2
  • 4 chicken legs
  • paprika (pepper powder)
  • thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil/ canola/ sunflower
  • salt and pepper or vegeta (special for chicken)
  • 1 cup cus cus
  • 2 cups chicken broth (or hot water with a pinch of salt and one cube chicken concentrate)
  • 300 ml yogurt 3% or Greek yogurt
  • fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  1. First wash chicken legs, put them in a baking tray, season with paprika, pepper, thyme and vegeta (or salt), spread the oil on the surface and bake them until they are nicely roasted.
  2. Put the dry cus cus in bowl then add 2 cups chicken broth and salt and cover for 5 minutes. When they doubled the size, add a little bit of butter on the top (or olive oil).
  3. For the sauce, mix the yogurt with the chopped garlic and parsley and serve!
