Peanut Butter Cookies

Cele mai bune fursecuri si cele mai fragede! Eu le ador! Imi plac si mai moi dar si mai crunchy. Daca va place untul de arahide care la noi este foarte popular, trebuie sa incercati macar o data sa faceti aceste fursecuri. Reteta mea este urmatoarea:

Ingrediente pentru aprox. 30 de fursecuri:

Se foloseste o cana de 250 ml pt. masurat

2 1/2 cani faina (340 gr faina)

1 praf sare (1/2 lingurita)

1 lingurita praf de copt

1 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu

2 oua

1 cana zahar alb (200 gr)

1 cana zahar brun (220 gr)

 1 cana unt moale (226 gr )

1 cana peanut butter (4-5 linguri pline)

3 linguri drajeuri de ciocolata (optional)

Mod de preparare:

  • Cernem faina, praful de copt si bicarbonatul intr-un bol. Adaugam si sarea.
  • Separat frecam untul cu zaharul pana se omogenizeaza.
  • Adaugam si untul de arahide si mixam bine.
  • Incorporam si cele 2 oua si se mixam pana compozitia se deschide la culoare  si capata o consistenta pufoasa.
  • La final adaugam faina toata deodata si mixam la viteza mica pana cand faina s-a incorporat total.
  • Addaugati chipsurile de ciocolata si inbcorporati cu o lingura in aluat.
  • Eu am facut jumatate din cantitate cu ciocolata si jumatate le-am facut simple.
  • Preincalzim cuptorul la 350º F (sau175ºC).
  • Tapetam doua tavi cu foaie de copt si punem cu o lingura de inghetata cate o bila de aluat  in tava. Se pun la distanta de 2,5 cm unele de altele ca sa nu se uneasca.
  • Le aplatizam cu o furculita (ca in imagine) si le coacem in cuptor intre 8-10 minute, pana devin aurii. Nu trebuie aplatizate mult, ele cresc foarte frumos si uniform.
  • Le scoatem din cuptor si le lasam la racit 5 minute in tava (sunt foarte moi), apoi le putem scoate pe un gratar sa se raceasca in totalitate. Se pot pastra intr-o cutie inchisa ermetic sau chiar pe un platou. Probabil nu le veti putea pastra mult pentru ca sunt prea bune 🙂
  • Se servesc la o cafea sau chiar cu ceai. Toata casa va mirosi intr-un mare fel si vor disparea de pe platou cat ai clipi 🙂

These cookies are my favorite! Some people prefer them crunchy, some people prefer them soft. I like them anyway! This time I added some extra goodness in the form of chocolate chips. Recipe as fallows:

Ingredients
  • 2-1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup Kraft Extra Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup each granulated sugar and packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. Beat butter, peanut butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well after each addition.
  3. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray. Flatten each, in criss-cross pattern, with tines of fork.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets 5 min.; transfer to wire racks. Cool completely.
