Prajitura cu merisoare si nuci de post/ Cranberry nuts bars

IMG_4847Aceasta prajitura este foarte asemanatoare celei cu gem si coca rasa cu mentiunea ca este de post, plina de nuci, cocos si fulgi de ovaz si cu o parfumata mireasma de lamaie si vanilie. Este atat de frageda ca se topeste in gura si va disparea de pe farfurie in doi timpi si 3 miscari 🙂

Ingrediente pentru o tava de 25cm/38 cm, ingrediente in grame si cani (cana gradata de 250 ml)

375 gr margarina (1 pachet si jumatate)

260 gr faina (2 cani)

85 gr fulgi de ovaz (1 1/2 cani)

220 gr zahar brun (1 cana)

75 gr  fulgi de cocos (1 cana)

coaja de la o lamaie (portocala)

1 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu

120 gr nuci prajite (1 cana)

Umplutura:

o conserva gelatina de merisoare (sau gem 350 gr)

300 gr gem de caise (sau portocale)

Mod de preparare:

Punem faina intr-un bol apoi taiem margarina cubulete (margarina rece) si o mestecam cu mainile impreuna cu faina pana cand obtinem un aluat sfaramicios.

Adaugam urmatoarele 6 ingrediente si amestecam bine.

Impartim coca in doua si presam cu mainile o jumatate din coca in tava unsa bine cu margarina.

Intr-un castron vom amesteca gemul de caise cu gelatina de merisoare si adaugam aceasta mixtura deasupra aluatului din tava. Nivelam bine.

In cealalata jumatate de coca vom adauga nucile prajite si sfaramate bucati mai mari apoi vom sfarama intre degete aluatul si il imprastiem deasupra prajiturii. Presam usor cu mainile aluatul de deasupra si coacem prajitura in cuptorul preincalzit la 175ºC pana cand se rumeneste usor (cca 30 minute).

Se lasa la racit in tava apoi o taiem patratele si o servim.

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups cold butter or hard margarine, cut up
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1½ quick - cooking rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 cup medium unsweetened coconut
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup toasted pecans or walnuts
  • Filling:
  • 14 oz (398 ml) can of whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup apricot (orange) marmalade
Instructions
  1. Cut butter into flour in large bowl until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Add next 6 ingredients and stir well. Divide the dough in half and then press one half of oat mixture evenly in greased 10* 15 inch (25cm/38 cm) pan. Set aside and add pecans (walnuts) to remaining oat mixture, stir well and set aside.
  3. Filling:
  4. Combine cranberry sauce and marmalade in a bowl and spread evenly over oat oat mixture in pan. Sprinkle with reserved pecan (walnuts) mixture. Press down lightly.
  5. Bake in 350 degrees F (175 degrees) oven for about 30 minutes until golden. Let stand in pan to cool. Cut into square pieces. will make about 30 squares 2,5/2,5 inches
