Super delicioasa, banana bread se face cu doar 3 banane pe care de obicei le lasati sa se coaaca prea mult si nu va mai plac. Pot deveni chiar maro la culoare. Eu le si congelez si le decongelez inainte sa fac reteta. Este un snack foarte satios si super simplu de facut!

Ingrediente pentru o banana bread (sau 15 muffins!), tava de chec lunga sau tava de cozonac sau tava de muffins

  • 3 banane foarte bine coapte
  • 2 oua
  • 125 gr unt la temperatura camerei (sau 1/2 cana ulei)
  • 1 cana zahar
  • 2 cani faina
  • 1 lingurita esenta de vanilie
  • 3/4 cana iaurt sau smantana
  • 1 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu
  • 1 lingurita scortisoara
  • un praf de sare

Mod de preparare.:

Sincer la aceasta reteta nu prea conteaza in ce ordine mixati ingredientele, dar va zic cum fac eu.

Mixez cele 2 oua cu zaharul pana devin spumoase. Adaugam untul moale si omogenizam, apoi smantana, esenta de vanilie, scortisoara si praful de sare, urmand a zdrobi banannele cu o furculita si apoi a le adauga in compozitie mixand pana la omogenizare.

Adaugam si faina si bicarbonatul de sodiu apoi tapetam o tava de chec cu hartie de copt si preincalzim cuptorul la 175ºC ( sau 350 F). Turnam aluatul in tava si il coacem pana cand trece testul scobitorii, cca 30 min.

Daca faceti muffins, ele se vor coace mai repede, cam 20 min.

Puteti imbogati reteta cu stafide sau chipsuri de ciocolata, chiar nuci.

Deasupra puteti pune fulgi de migdale sau nuci prajite sau toppingul urmator, pe care eu il fac din cand in cand.

Topping:

  • 2/3 cana zahar brun
  • 1/2 cana faina
  • 1/3 cana unt topit
  • 1 lingurita scortisoara
  • Se amesteca toate cu mana si se presara peste chec.

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cups butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • ¾ cups sour cream or yoghurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 ripe bananas
Instructions
  1. Mix eggs with sugar until pale and fluffy. Add melted butter and stir well. Add sour cream, cinnamon, salt and the bananas (crushed with a fork) then stir in the flour and the baking soda.
  2. Preheat oven at 350F and bake the bread in a loaf pan for about 30 min or until a stick comes out clean.
  3. You can make the following topping
  4. Mix together ½ cup flour with 1 tsp cinnamon, ⅔ cup brown sugar and ⅓ cup melted butter.
