Vreau sa va spun ca aceste fursecuri sunt absolut minunate. Intr-o cautare a mea de retete pentru “cookies” am gasit aceste fursecuri care mi-au furat inima la propriu! In reteta originala erau umplute cu caramel dar eu nu m-am mai complicat si am decis sa le fac doar cu nuci pentru ca, oricum, sunt destul de bogate in calorii, si …destul de migaloase. Aluatul este unul de consistenta moale si trebuie formati cu ajutorul unei cupe de inghetata (din aceea ca un cleste) dar merita toata migaleala…sincer, am fost in heaven!

Si, pentru ca luna aceasta, concursul “Dulce Romanie” este gazduit de Paula Gafitescu, cu al sau blog minunat “Enjoy Dessert”, am sa particip si eu cu reteta mea de biscuiti cu cacao si nuci (pe care i-am realizat din intamplare cu aceste ingrediente 🙂 )…

Asadar aveti nevoie de: (am folosit ca unitate de masura o cana gradata de 250 ml)

1 cana faina

1/3 cana cacao

115 gr unt moale

2/3 cana zahar

1 ou separat + un albus

1 praf sare

2 linguri lapte

1 lingurita vanilie

200 gr nuci/ pecans/ alune

Mod de preparare:

  • Punem faina cu cacaoa si cu sarea intr-un castron.
  • Untul, la temperatura camerei, se freaca cu zaharul pana se spumeaza apoi adugam galbenusul de ou, laptele si vanilia si frecam pana se incorporeaza.
  • Adaugam apoi faina si cacaoa in ploaie si incorporam cu ajutorul unei linguri de lemn
  • Aluatul il bagam la frigider pentru o ora ca sa putem forma biscuitii mai usor si ca sa nu se lase la copt.
  • Intre timp faramam nucile cu ajutorul unui facalet. Ele nu trebuie sa fie nici mari nici foarte marunte.
  • Batem si cele doua albusuri cu o furculita, doar cat sa faca cativa clabucei.
  • Preincalzim cuptorul la 180ºC, tapetam o tava cu foaie de copt si cand aluatul s-a racit, il scoatem din frigider si incepem sa formam biscuitii cu ajutorul cupei de inghetata, pentru ca aluatul este lipicios.
  • Bilutele formate le dam prin albus de ou si apoi le tavalim prin nucile macinate. (nucile mele au fost cam mari, dar daca le faramati suficient va va fi mai usor!)
  • Dupa ce le-am dat si prin nuci, le aplatizam putin cu mana si le coacem nu mai mult de 15 minute. Ele vor fi moi la mijloc dar nu va panicati, asa trebuie sa fie, iar cand se vor raci vor avea o consistenta pufoasa, in nici un caz tare ca la biscuiti.

  • Vor iesi aproximativ 20 de bucati.

Sincer, noua ne-au placut extrem de mult. Iti vine sa mananci intr-una, dar Atentie daca suntei la dieta 🙂

I want to say that these cookies are absolutely wonderful! Crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy inside. In my search to find a good recipe for cookies, I found these and they stolen my heart literally! In the original recipe they were filled with caramel, but I didn't want to complicate myself and I decided to cover them just with walnuts, however they have a high calories level and pretty meticulous. Their consistency is soft before you bake them, so you will need an ice cream scoop.

  • 1 cup flour
  • ⅓ cup cocoa
  • 115 g soft butter
  • ⅔ cup sugar
  • 1 egg + one egg white separately
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200 g walnuts / pecans / peanuts
Instructions
  1. Put flour, cocoa and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, rub the butter (at room temperature) with the sugar until creamy.
  3. Then add egg yolk, milk and vanilla and rub until it incorporates.
  4. Add flour and cocoa and incorporate with a wooden spoon.
  5. Chill the dough for an hour so we can form more easily biscuits .
  6. Meanwhile chop the walnuts with a rolling pin.They should be neither too big nor too small.
  7. Beat 2 egg whites with a fork, just enough to make some suds.
  8. Preheat oven to 180 º C, prepare a tray with baking sheet and when the dough has cooled, remove it from the refrigerator and begin to form biscuits with the ice scoop, because the dough is soft and sticky.
  9. Put the dough balls in the egg whites and then roll them in crushed nuts. (My nuts were too big, but if you grind them enough, will be easier!)
  10. After I rolled them in the nuts, flatten them slightly by hand and bake them no more than 15 minutes. They will be soft in the middle but do not panic, ithis is the way they should be, and when they cool will have a fluffy consistency, in any case not hard as a regular biscuit.
  11. There will be about 20 cookies. you will love them, I am sure!

    Buna ziua,
    as vrea sa incerc reteta, doar ca nu vad in cantitati praful de copt. Imi puteti spune cat praf de copt ar fi necesar. Multumesc, Oana.

      draga Oana, a fost o mica greseala, de fapt nu se pune praf de copt, ci doar un praf de sare. Sunt foarte buni!
