Rulada de pui cu spanac si branza/Chicken roulade with spinach and cheese

IMG_0849Am vrut sa mai gatesc si altceva din piept de pui, ca prea sunt monotone snitelele sau friptura la gratar, asa ca am hotarat sa fac o rulada foarte delicioasa cu spanac si branzeturi. Este suculenta, dietetica si chiar aratoasa 🙂

Ingrediente pentru 6 portii:

800 gr piept de pui dezosat
frunze de spanac crud (sau 200 gr spanac congelat
150 branza telemea
100 gr cascaval sau mozzarella
sare si piper dupa gust
ulei pentru uns
boia dulce, cimbru si piper alb pentru crusta
vin alb (150 ml)

Mod de preparare:

Spalam carnea  si o tamponam cu un servet de hartie ca sa absoarba apa.

Taiem pieptii si fiecare bucata o acoperim cu folie alimentara si o batem bine pana se subtiaza.

Dupa ce am batut carnea, formam o foaie din aceasta, peste care punem frunzele de spanac verde, branza rasa si cascavalul.

Rulam cu grija si “carpim” pe ici pe colo unde este nevoie, cu bucatele de carne. Mie mi-au ramas bucatelele acelea mici de piept care se dezlipesc foarte usor cand taiati carnea.

O legam din loc in loc cu ata alimentara, ungem o tava cu ulei si asezam ruloul nostru pe care il asezonam cu boia, cimbru si piper, dupa care picuram putin ulei deasupra si uniformizam cu o pensula de silicon.

IMG_0829-tileCoacem rulada in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade, la inceput acoperita cu o folie de aluminiu. Adaugam jumatate de pahar de vin alb si o lasam sa se coaca iar spre final  o lasam descoperita ca sa se rumeneasca.

O puteti servi cu garnitura de orez, cartofi sau legume gratinate.

This time,I preferred to cook chicken breast in other way than schnitzel or grilled steak, so I decided to make a very delicious roulade with spinach and cheese. It is juicy, dietetic and even look good 🙂

Ingredients
  • 800 gr boneless chicken breast
  • raw spinach leaves (or 200 g frozen spinach)
  • 150 feta cheese
  • 100 gr cedar cheese or mozzarella
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil
  • paprika, thyme and white pepper for the crust
  • White wine (150 ml)
Instructions
  1. Wash meat and dab with a paper towel to absorb water.
  2. Cut each piece chest and cover it with plastic wrap and beat well until it thins.
  3. After you beat the meat, line a sheet from it, over which you spread green spinach leaves, grated feta cheese and cedar.
  4. Roll it with care and cover with remaining meat the holes (if you have) here and there where needed. I had those little bits that come off very easily when you cut meat.
  5. Tie the roulade from place to place with floss.Oil a pan and place the roulade seasoned with paprika, thyme and pepper then drip a little oil over the top and level it with a silicone brush.
  6. Bake the roll in preheated oven at 180 degrees, at first covered with aluminum foil. Add half a glass of white wine and let it bake until almost done and at the end leave it uncovered to brown.
  7. You can serve with rice, potatoes or grilled vegetables.
  8. Enjoy!

    Arata incredibil de apetisant, sincer! Si avand in vedere ca noi 6 zile din 7 mancam piept de pui, nici nu ma gandesc sa nu incerc aceasta reteta! 😉
