Am facut iar un tort de biscuiti pentru ca mi se pare cel mai simplu de facut! De data aceasta l-am facut cu crema de ciocolata pentru ca celalalt a fost de vanilie si l-am ornat cu nuci si cocos. Voi puteti sa il ornati cu ce va place mai mult, eu asta am avut prin camara :-).

Este minunat!

Ingrediente:

biscuiti simpli (petit beurre)

200 ml lapte

Crema:

200 gr zahar

500 ml lapte

4 linguri amidon

150 gr ciocolata amaruie (sau cu lapte)

200 gr unt

esenta de rom

Ornat:

nuca de cocos

nuci macinate

Mod de preparare:

Crema:

  • Punem 300 ml de lapte si zaharul intr-o craticioara pe foc mic (daca aveti craticioara cu fund dublu, sa nu se lipeasca crema)
  • Intr-un castronel amestecam restul de lapte cu cele 4 linguri de amidon, mixand bine cu un tel subtire ca sa se dizolve bine amidonul.
  • Cand laptele s-a infierbantat, il amestecam cu cel cu amidon si fierbem crema in continuare, mestecand mereu cu telul, pana se ingroasa ca o budinca.
  • O tragem de pe foc si apoi topim ciocolata cca 2 minute la microunde (verificata din 30 in 30 de secunde), apoi o incorporam in crema si omogenizam. La sfarsit adaugam 1 lingurita esenta de rom (optional).
  • Lasam crema sa se racoreasca (temperatura suportabila la deget), apoi frecam untul moale cu mixerul si il incorporam treptat in crema, apoi putem sa asamblam tortul.
  • Intr-un castronel punem laptele (200 ml) in care vom inmuia biscuitii.
  • Pregatim un platou (dreptunghiular sau patrat, sau chiar o tava) si asezam biscuitii inmuiati foarte putin in lapte (eu i-am inmuiat doar 2-3 secunde).
  • Punem un strat de biscuiti, apoi crema (3-4 linguri pe fiecare strat) si continuam asa pana cand terminam crema. Eu am avut ultimul strat de crema (4 straturi de biscuiti si 4 de crema).
  • Nivelam frumos suprafata tortului apoi il ornam cu nuca de cocos si nuci pe margine.

Super rapid si un desert nemaipomenit de gustos!

Ingredients
  • plain biscuits (petit beurre) 4-5 packages
  • 200 ml milk
  • Cream:
  • 200 g sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 150 g dark chocolate (or milk chocolate)
  • 200 g butter or margarine
  • rum
  • Garnish:
  • Coconut
  • ground nuts
Instructions
  1. Cream:
  2. Put 300 ml milk and sugar in a saucepan over low heat (if you have a pan with double bottom cos it does not stick the cream)
  3. In a bowl mix the remaining milk with 4 tablespoons of starch, mixing well with a whisk to dissolve better the starch.
  4. When the milk is hot, mix it with the one with starch and continue boiling the cream,stiring constantly with the whisk, until thickened like a pudding.
  5. Remove from the heat and then melt chocolate in the microwave, about 2 minutes (check it every 30 seconds), then incorporate it into the cream and blend it well. At the end, add 1 teaspoon rum (optional).
  6. Let the cream to cool (finger temperature), then mix the soft butter with electric mixer and gradually incorporate it in cream, then you can assemble the cake.
  7. In a bowl put milk (200 ml) to dip the cookies.
  8. Prepare a dish (rectangular or square, or even a tray) and place one layer of biscuits soaked in milk (I'm soaked 2-3 seconds).
  9. Put a layer of biscuits, then cream (3-4 tablespoons each layer) and continue so until cream finish. I had the last layer of cream (4 layers of biscuits and 4 of cream ).
  10. Level the surface then ornate it with coconut and nuts on the side.
  11. Super fast and incredibly tasty dessert!
