Chec cu cirese negre/Black cherries cake

Este un chec foarte usor de facut, putin umed, iar cu fructe este nemaipomenit. Reteta o am de la Raluca Balogh careia ii multumesc mult!

In loc de cirese amare (negre) se pot folosi afine!

Ingrediente 2 checuri (forme mai mari):

8 oua

400 gr zahar

o lamaie

350 gr faina

180 ml ulei

1 praf de copt

1 praf de sare

300 gr cirese amare fara samburi

1 lingura de faina pentru cirese

Mod de preparare:

Se bat albusurile spuma cu un praf de sare, apoi se adauga zaharul treptat si se mixeaza bine pana cand zaharul este dizolvat.

Separat, mixam galbenusurile cu uleiul pana devine ca o pasta ( aprox. 1 minut) apoi adaugam sucul de la o lamaie si coaja rasa de lamaie.

Turnam aceasta compozitie peste albusurile batute spuma si mixam bine cu mixerul.

Cernem faina intr-un bol impreuna cu praful de copt si o adaugam in 3 transe amestecului de mai sus, amestecand usor cu o paleta sau cu telul cu miscari de jos in sus, ca sa nu se lase aluatul.

Preincalzim cuptorul la 180ºC si tapetam 2 tavi de cozonac (din acelea mai late dar nu foarte mari) cu hartie de copt.

Turnam jumatate de compozitie in fiecare forma, apoi punem ciresele date prin faina deasupra.

Se coace pana cand trece testul scobitorii.

Este deosebit de parfumat si delicios!

It is a delicious cake, a little moist and with fruits it is irresistible, especially those days when it is so hot!

Ingredients
  • 8 eggs
  • 400 gr caster sugar
  • 350 gr all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 lemon
  • 180 ml oil
  • 300 gr black cherries or regular cherries
  • 1 tbsp flour for dusting the cherries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven at 380 degrees F.
  2. Separate the egg whites from yolks and mix them well with a pinch of salt.
  3. add the sugar and mix well until dissolved.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the egg yolks with oil until creamy then add the lemon zest and the juice from the lemon.
  5. add this mixture to the whites and stir well until combined.
  6. Sift the flour and baking soda and add it to the batter gradually, mixing with a spatula or with a whisk from bottom up.
  7. bake it until a toothstick comes out clean.
  8. Enjoy!

      Este foarte bun Rocsy! aluatul e unul pufos, cand l-am pus in tavi era ca o spuma!

      Eu le-am adunat din spatele casei :-), e un parc in spatele casei si sunt tot felul de pomi fructiferi pe acolo, asa ca am fost la cules cirese intr-o zi 😀
