IMG_5014Alta reteta de biscuiti numai buni sa-l asteptam pe Mos Craciun! Sunt niste biscuiti fragezi si deliciosi pe care i-am lipit cu gem de macese in asteptarea lui Mos Craciun 😉

Ingrediente:

230 gr unt la temperatura camerei

60 gr zahar brun

150 gr zahar alb

2 oua

1 lingurita esenta vanilie

360 gr faina (+ 50 gr in cazul in care aluatul este prea moale)

85 gr faina de migdale (migdale macinate foarte fin)

1/2 lingurita praf de copt

1 praf de sare

gem de macese pentru uns (sau alt gem)

zahar pudra pentru ornat

Mod de preparare:

  • Untul la temperatura camerei se freaca impreuna cu zaharul brun si cu cel alb pana devine cremos. Se adauga apoi cate un ou si se mixeaza bine dupa fiecare aditie.
  • Adaugam si esenta de vanilie apoi, intr-un bol, amestecam faina cu sarea, praful de copt si faina de migdale si le adaugam treptat in compozitie pana cand obtinem un aluat nelipicios. Daca este putin lipicios, adaugam si restul de 50 gr faina  apoi vom baga aluatul la frigider pentru o ora ca sa devina mai usor manevrabil.
  • Dupa racire, pudram blatul de lucru cu faina si intindem aluatul astfel incat sa aiba o grosime de cca. 4 mm. Vom decupa biscuitii cu o forma de bradut sau o forma rotunda cu diametrul de 6 cm, Jumatate din ei ii  vom decupa in mijloc cu alta forma mai mica  (pentru braduti eu am folosit un degetar 🙂 ) apoi ii asezam in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, la o distanta de 2 cm unul fata de altul.
  • Se coc in cuptorul preincalzit la 175ºC pentru aprox. 12 minute, sau pana devin usor aurii.
  • Se lasa la racit 5 minute in tava apoi ii putem unge cu gem si lipi cu cealata jumatate decupata, pudrata in prealabil cu zahar pudra.

Se servesc alaturi de o ciocolata calda!

Pofta buna si sper sa-l impresionati pe Mosu cu asa bunatate de biscuiti 😉

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ¾ granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups (plus ½ cup) all purpose flour
  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 inch of salt
  • rose hip jam or other flavor
  • icing sugar for dusting
Instructions
  1. Mix butter and sugar (white and brown) in bowl until creamy.Add 1 egg at the time, mixing well after each addition, then add vanilla.
  2. Combine flour, salt and ground almonds in a bowl and add them to the butter mixture gradually until the dough it is hard enough to work with. If it is sticky, add the remaining ½ cup flour, then refrigerate it for 1 hr.
  3. After refrigeration, roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to ⅛ inch (3 - 4 mm) thickness.
  4. Cut out circles or Christmas tree shape cookies and half of them cut in the middle with a circle cutter.
  5. Arrange them 1 inch apart in a greased cookie sheet and bake them for 12 minutes at 350F or 175 C degrees.
  6. Let them cool down on the cookie sheet for about 5 minutes then you can spread them with jam . dust cookies with cut out centers with icing sugar and place on top of jam.
