AmĀ  facut o salata usoara pentru cei care tin post sau pentru vegetarieni, care are o combinatie perfecta intre cus cus si fasole boabe, patrunjel si zeama de lamaie. Daca vrem si altceva, ii putem adauga dupa preferinta, eu am pus niste morcovi baby ca sa ii dea putina dulceata si culoare.


o conserva fasole boabe (asortata cu naut de 500 gr)

3/4 ceasca cus cus

o mana patrunjel verde

sare si piper dupa gust

zeama de la 1 jumatate de lamaie

o mana morcovi baby

ceapa verde (sau rosie, optional)

Mod de preparare:

Am fiert cus cusul in apa cu un praf de sare,apoi l-am scurs bine.

Morcovii i-am fiert separat intr-o carticioara.

Am spalat patrunjelul si l-am taiat fin, am pus toate ingredientele intr-un bol si am asezonat cu sare si piper. Eu am pus zeama de la o jumatate de lamaie, dar se pune dupa gustul fiecaruia.

Optional puteti sa adaugati o ceapa mica rosie sau 3-4 fire de ceapa verde.

Este o bunatate!

I made this salad for the ones who loves to eat fresh, simple and easy, and also for the vegetarians. It is a good source of protein and carbohydrates !
Serves: 3
  • 1 can assorted kidney beans (540 gr)
  • ⅓ teacup cus cus
  • 1 hand full of fresh parsley finely chopped
  • the juice from ½ lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 full hand of baby carrots
  • green onion (or red onion, optional)
  1. Boil the cus cus in water with a pinch of salt.
  2. Wash the parsley and chop it finely.
  3. Boil also the carrots in a small pot.
  4. In a bowl add all the ingredients, season with salt and pepper as you like, squeeze the lemon juice and serve.
  5. If you like, you can add a small red onion or 3-4 green onions chopped.
  6. It is delicious!
