Briose cu lamaie si merisoare/ Lemon Cranberry Muffins

Aceste briose le-am facut cu ceva timp in urma si sunt foarte usoare, necostisitoare si rapide. Sunt numai bune la micul dejun sau cand avem pofta de un snack.

Fulgii de migdale le fac un pic crocante si bineinteles mai aratoase :-). Daca nu avem merisoare putem folosi si alte fructe confiate dar taiate bucatele mici.

Inimioarele le-am facut in ideea ca vine Sf. Valentin, chiar mi-am cumparat o forma de briose din silicon cu inimioare si am facut si din acestea.

Ingrediente: (am folosit ca unitate de masura o cana gradata de 250 ml)

2 cani faina alba

1 cana si 1/4 zahar

3/4 cana lapte dulce

2 oua

1/4 cana zeama de lamaie

1 lingurita praf de copt

1/2 cana ulei

un praf de sare

1 cana merisoare confiate (uscate sau chiar proaspete)

fulgi de migdale (optional)

Mod de preparare:

Modul de preparare este foarte simplu.

In primul rand cernem faina si praful de copt si le amestecam intr-un castron.

In alt bol mai inalt mixam foarte bine oualele cu zaharul pana se albesc.

Adaugam uleiul, laptele, zeama de lamaie si praful de sare si amestecam bine pana se incorporeaza.

Punem in ploaie faina cu praful de copt si mixam pana se omogenizeaza compozitia.

Punem si merisoarele (cranberries) si apoi turnam in forme de briose in care am pus cate o hartiuta speciala. Daca avem forma de silicon nu mai avem nevoie de hartiute. Deasupra punem fulgi de migdale.


Coacem la foc mediu pana cand se rumenesc usor. Incercam cu un betisor si daca va iesi curat inseamna ca sunt gata.

Sunt foarte gustoase si merg super langa o cafea 🙂

Lemon Cranberry Muffins

I made this muffins a while ago and they are easy to do, they are not too expensive and perfect for your breakfast or for a snack! The almond flakes makes them crunchy and of course more fancy :-). If we don't have cranberries, we can use other dry fruits, finely chopped.
Serves: 16
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1¼ caster sugar
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • almond flakes for the top
  1. First of all sift the flour and baking powder and mix together in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl whisk the eggs with sugar until they double in volume.
  3. Stir in the oil, lemon juice and salt, until well blended.
  4. Add in the flour, stiring gently with a spatula until everything is incorporated.
  5. Add the cranberries and then poor the batter in the prepared muffin tins (where we put the special muffin sheets) and bake them at 180 degrees (360 F) until nice and gold and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. They are delicious and perfect also with a coffee!

    good thing I put all the ingredients on the table before I bake or I would have missed the milk…you omitted the milk in your instructions….YAC

      Christina, please double check the recipe, it has milk! 3/4 cup milk !
